Brief Summary: Associate Vocational Rehabilitation Coach – Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist / Chartered Psychologist / Health Psychologists (practitioner grade) / Nurse required to work alongside our existing team in providing both assessments and coaching to help employees to remain or return to work.
About Us: Working To Wellbeing are an award-winning and supportive team of healthcare practitioners in the field of vocational rehabilitation. We specialise in supporting people with cancer and long-term health conditions to remain or return to work.
About You: We are looking for suitably qualified clinicians with experience working with people with long term conditions including cancer. Previous experience with psychological aspects of care and knowledge of biopsychosocial model is essential combined with a compassionate approach and able to work in a remote based team. Experience in work and health is desirable as is coaching experience.
The Role:
- To carry out biopsychosocial assessments and rehabilitation support for patients to facilitate a return to work when ready or to enable individuals to stay at work.
- To work with clients with pain, cancer, mental ill health, chronic fatigue, long covid and other long term conditions.
