Illuminate is expanding its network of VRCs and Occupational Health consultants as we look to grow our client-base across the country, particularly in Coventry and Warwickshire. We currently do not have regular referrals, but we are seeing increased demand, especially for referrals requiring a medical background. These referrals would be for employers supporting sustained employment or a return to work for a range of health conditions.
