Associate Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant

Illuminate are looking to expand their network of VRCs as we look to grow our client-base in Coventry and Warwickshire. We currently do not have regular referrals coming in, however the Director is going on maternity leave from July 2024 until April 2025 and so will have limited availability.

These referrals would be for employers supporting sustained employment or a return to work for a range of health conditions.

Eligibility criteria

• At least 3 years experience undertaking vocational rehabilitation assessments and report writing within the employment or insurance market
• Ideally experience supporting individuals with mental health issues in a workplace setting
• Within 1 hours’ drive of Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
• Member of VRA
• CDMP or equivalent qualification
• Ability to carry out DSE assessments would be very helpful but not essential
• Medical background is not necessary as the client is after practical and forward thinking recommendations that explore adjustments and support as opposed to focus on medical symptoms and diagnoses.
  

Illuminate uses a GDPR compliant VR platform to manage referrals, consent, and report writing using a standard report template. We would provide access to this system.
