Swiss Re invites vocational rehabilitation providers to contribute to the 2026 Underwriting & Claims Watch rehabilitation responses subset

Swiss Re is inviting Vocational Rehabilitation providers operating in the Income Protection and Disability Insurance market to participate in the rehabilitation responses subset of the 2026 Underwriting & Claims Watch questionnaire. The focus is on providers supporting Income Protection insurers, and their customers, in recovery and return to work.

Purpose and scope: The rehabilitation subset aims to build a clear, industry-wide view of how rehabilitation services are structured, delivered and measured in the IP and Disability Insurance space. We are seeking input from organisations that work directly with insurers and claimants in the UK and Ireland, and those with national or regional coverage.

Confidentiality and use of data: All information provided will be treated as confidential and no data will be attributed to any individual company. The data collected will be used solely for the Underwriting & Claims Watch report. It will not be used for pricing, experience studies or any other context. Swiss Re may publish articles related to the findings of the Underwriting & Claims Watch survey, however any such articles will report only on aggregate data and will not identify or highlight any individual company’s results.

About Underwriting & Claims Watch: Underwriting & Claims Watch is Swiss Re’s annual publication that provides market intelligence and insights on underwriting and claims trends across life and health insurance. It is recognised for bringing together robust, aggregated analysis that helps stakeholders benchmark practices, identify emerging themes and improve outcomes for customers.
