The Women and Equalities Committee of the House of Commons have published the results of the menopause and the workplace survey. It found that there is still a considerable stigma about talking about menopause at work.

Respondents want support from their employers, which includes practical measures such making reasonable adjustments and providing for greater flexibility, as well as cultural changes like removing stigma, encouraging openness, education and awareness-raising.
