On 27th January, vocational rehabilitation professionals, occupational therapists, and multidisciplinary team members gathered online for a highly practical and interactive webinar, “Unlocking Work Ability: Mastering the WRI and WEIS in Vocational Rehabilitation.” The session was expertly led by Lisa Harrison, a seasoned occupational therapist and director at Rehab Jigsaw Ltd.
Lisa Harrison guided attendees through two essential tools in vocational rehabilitation:
Both tools, rooted in the Model of Human Occupation (MOHO), were discussed in depth, with Lisa providing evidence-based insights to enhance person-centred rehabilitation and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Attendees learned:
Lisa shared valuable strategies from over 25 years of experience, equipping participants with practical approaches to support clients returning to work and enriching their clinical toolkits with structured assessments.
