Working effectively as part of a PCN multi-disciplinary team is essential. Providing assessment and care planning to support patients to work toward their own mental health recovery.
Successful candidates will be existing and experienced Mental Health Occupational Therapists looking to progress their careers by moving into this area of First Contact practice. They will hold a relevant Registered Professional Qualification and have experience working in an acute, community mental health or social care setting.
Supervision and CPD opportunities will be available regularly. You will be employed by a private health provider.
