Details

This webinar aims to improve the understanding of the use of outcome measures and data to enhance clinical practice. To use AI we need efficient data analytics, not just for reporting, but to drive meaningful change in service delivery, rehabilitation outcomes, and even policy.
Philippa has developed the Work Improvement Index (WIN), which is an AI based, Industry benchmarking tool, measuring an employee’s improvement in work capacity following a period of rehabilitation. Within this webinar she explains the process, the use of AI and importance of data analytics.

About Philippa

Philippa has over 30 years of experience since qualifying as an Occupational Therapist in 1993 from the University of Cape Town. She has specialised in the fields of rehabilitation and case management, occupational health and ergonomics in South Africa, the USA and the UK working across all age groups.

Philippa’s real passion over the past 30 years has been in supporting clients to return to work following injury or illness and today she will discuss why she is so passionate about this topic and how her passion has evolved over the past 30 years.
Philippa is also a passionate advocate for using outcome measures and data to enhance clinical practice – not just for reporting, but to drive meaningful change in service delivery, rehabilitation outcomes, and even policy.
